Every service starts two hours before the doors open, when the oak goes on and the grill comes up to temperature. No shortcuts, no gas assist — the fire decides the pace.
Our beef is grass-fed, delivered fresh, and ground in-house every morning. The menu is six items because six is what we can make perfectly, twice, on a Friday night.
