Terms, Payment & Ownership

These terms apply to every website NEXA Web Studio builds. They are written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp before you pay anything.

1. What we provide

We design and build bilingual (Arabic and English) websites, and we host and maintain them under the Care Plan described below. The exact pages and features are agreed in writing on WhatsApp or by email before work starts.

2. The free mockup

Before you pay anything, we prepare a free visual mockup of your business. There is no charge and no obligation. If you do not want to continue, nothing is owed. The mockup remains our property until a project is paid for.

3. Payment

• The build fee is a one-time charge, quoted and fixed before work begins.
• 50% is paid to start. The remaining 50% is paid on delivery, before the site is transferred to your domain.
• Accepted methods: local bank transfer, STC Pay, or another method agreed in advance.
• All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Where VAT applies it will be shown separately on your invoice.
• The Care Plan is billed monthly and begins after the site is delivered.

We do not take card payments on this website and we never ask for card details over WhatsApp or email. If anyone contacts you claiming to be NEXA and asks for card or OTP details, it is not us.

4. The Care Plan

Every site we build includes a required Care Plan, currently 249 SAR per month, with a minimum term of 12 months. After 12 months it continues month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

It covers: managed hosting, SSL certificate, weekly backups, security and platform updates, two content edits per month, and WhatsApp support answered within one business day.

• An "edit" means a change to existing text, images or prices taking up to 30 minutes. Additional edits are 150 SAR each.
• New pages, new features or redesigns are not edits and are quoted separately.
• Unused edits do not roll over to the following month.

5. Ownership

The website is yours. Specifically:

• Your domain is registered in your name, under your control, from the start.
• On final payment, ownership of the website code and design for your project transfers to you.
• You may move the site to another provider at any time. If you cancel, we hand over the files and give reasonable help to migrate.
• You are responsible for the content you supply, and confirm you have the right to use any text, photos or logos you give us.
• We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Delivery and your part

We give you a delivery date in writing before you pay the deposit. The schedule depends on receiving your content and your approval at each stage. Delays in supplying content or feedback move the delivery date by the same amount.

7. Revisions

Seven days of revisions are included after delivery, covering adjustments to the agreed scope. If we cannot deliver what was agreed within that period, the second 50% is not payable and any deposit is refunded.

8. Cancellation and refunds

• Before the deposit: cancel freely, nothing is owed.
• After the deposit but before delivery: the deposit covers work already done and is non-refundable, unless we fail to deliver what was agreed.
• Care Plan: cancel after the minimum term with 30 days' notice. Fees already paid are not refunded, and the service runs to the end of the paid period.
• If Care Plan payments stop, hosting may be suspended. Your files and domain remain yours and will be released to you.

9. Limits

We take reasonable care to keep your site online and backed up, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, third-party providers, or any particular business result, ranking or traffic level. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
